How do I pay — cash, card, or in advance?
You can prepay online before you travel, or pay the driver in cash (INR) or by card on arrival. The fare is fixed either way, so there's nothing to negotiate at the kerb.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight automatically. If it's delayed, your driver adjusts and waits — no extra waiting charge for reasonable delays.
Is tipping expected?
It isn't required. If you're happy with the service, a small tip is appreciated but entirely optional.
Can you provide a child seat?
Yes — mention the child's age when booking and we'll arrange an appropriate seat in advance.
Do you cover cities outside major airports?
